All you need -

Vinegar

Rice

Food Colouring

Zip Lock bag

Add your desired amount of rice to the zip lock bag, mix a little vinegar with the food colouring and add it to your bag. Shake the bag until all the rice is covered and to the colour of your choice then leave out to dry.
